• 200 g of 70% cacao dark chocolate
• 350 g of sweetened dessert tofu
• 5 ml (1 teaspoon) of vanilla
• Garnish (if desired) : berries of pistachios
1- Melt chocolate in a water-bath. Once the chocolate is melted, remove it from the stove and let it cool down while stirring occasionally to prevent it from hardening.
2- Add the tofu and the vanilla. Whip firmly until the texture is smooth and homogeneous.
3- Pour in six ramekins and refrigerate for at least an hour.
